Shipping/Pickup Policies

Mas Bella Beauty Salon offers 2 to 7 business days shipping via UPS as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of the products and the number of packages. Orders are delivered only on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). ORDER PROCESSING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipping details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier’s website.

If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will ship it on the next business day.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns if they meet the following requirements.

  • All returned products must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • You will need to purchase a return shipping label from the carrier of your choice, as we currently do not provide return labels. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number for your protection and to ensure quick delivery.
  • We will process a partial refund (for the value of the products) as soon as our warehouse has received the returned package and ensured that all products arrived in good condition.
  • Once the refund has been processed, please allow 3 to 4 business days for the money to appear in your account.
